Fabian Ronisky

Fabian Ronisky is a General Partner at L’ATTITUDE VENTURES, where he is part of the team investing Fund III in Latino-led companies building for the new mainstream economy. He joined the firm in 2023. He came to venture from law, and having papered early-stage financings before he negotiated them, he brings a practical
view of structure, governance, and terms to the firm’s investments.

Before L’ATTITUDE VENTURES, Fabian invested at Mana Ventures, an early-stage firm and syndicate, where he sourced, evaluated, and helped close investments from seed through Series B across enterprise software, fintech, marketplaces, and frontier technology. Earlier in his career he practiced as a startup and venture capital attorney at Gunderson Dettmer and Strategic Law Partners, representing companies and investment firms including HELIX, a Google X company, and Science Inc., the studio behind Dollar Shave Club.

Fabian built much of the firm’s operating infrastructure. He is the architect of Gaucho, L’ATTITUDE’s proprietary outbound sourcing system, and Angel, an investor-matching engine that shortlists the best-fit lead investors for a portfolio company’s next round. He moved the firm onto a unified CRM for sourcing and portfolio tracking and built the internal AI tooling that supports its diligence and portfolio monitoring. He also oversees the firm’s financial reporting and valuation function.

Fabian holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Spanish is Fabian’s first language and he is fluent in English, with conversational Italian. Outside of work he is an active tennis player and a devoted supporter of Argentine football.

Across law, investing, and firm building, Fabian has worked on the same problem from three sides: what it takes to get a company financed, governed, and to a good outcome.
