Frank Castellanos serves as the Wealth Regional Director for Citi Personal Wealth Management’s Northeast Market, which includes New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the Greater Washington, D.C. area. 

Frank brings an extensive track record of executive leadership in financial services.  Prior to joining Citi, he served as Market Executive for the Greater Washington, D.C. area at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.  His earlier leadership roles also include being President of Bank of America in Hampton Roads, Virginia, while also serving as the Merrill leader for Greater Virginia. 

Before joining the financial services industry, Frank spent two decades as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State, completing diplomatic tours across the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia.  

Frank is a dedicated leader, focused on delivering strong results through a people-first culture.  He is deeply committed to giving back to his local community and remains actively engaged in philanthropic initiatives.
