Nadine Tapia is a beauty industry executive, investor, founder, and board member with more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and investing in consumer brands. She is the founder of Tapia Beauty Group (TBG), a certified B Corporation that partners with early-stage beauty and consumer companies to accelerate growth and build long-term enterprise value. Previously, Nadine served as President and CEO of Ole Henriksen, leading the brand through its acquisition by Kendo/LVMH. Today, she invests in and advises emerging consumer brands and serves in board and governance roles across the beauty industry.
