Ricky is an experienced Talent Leader & Executive Recruiter with demonstrated success hiring leaders across various industries and functions. He currently serves as Pinterest’s Director, Global Head of Executive Recruiting, where he leads the team responsible for Senior Director & Above hiring across all functions and geographies, partnering closely with Pinterest executives to build out senior leadership talent.

Previously, he led executive recruiting at Fortive (Danaher spinout), a publicly traded $6B+ revenue portfolio of essential technology companies. Prior to Fortive, Ricky was a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Tech, Media, & Telecom practice, where he recruited VP & C-Suite executives for public and PE-backed companies.

Ricky has spent his entire career in professional recruitment, bringing over 10 years of executive search experience and executing more than 300 executive-level searches across various industries, functions, and geographies.

Ricky earned a BBA from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY. He relocated to Los Angeles from New York in 2013 to build a West Coast business for the recruiting agency, Michael Page. As a native New Yorker converted West Coaster, Ricky enjoys hiking, biking, beaches, wine tasting, and is a big-time foodie.
